Summary
Help with the operating of our Perth branch, helping to engage customers; offering support and advice to allow mechanics to focus on building refurbished bikes.Detailed description
Main tasks:
- Customer service and sales
- Sales advice
- Handling cash
- Recording donated bikes and parts
- General retail duties in a shop environment
Desired Skills/Experience
- Good communication skills, customer friendly
- Good experience and knowledge of different types of bicycles and parts
- Experience in a retail environment is useful but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a small team
