The Transport Manager will be responsible for all driver and vehicle matters as described below.
Our current vehicle is on long-term loan from Perth & Kinross Council who are responsible for all repair and maintenance. The Transport Manager will liaise on all such matters. Daily operation of the vehicle is by volunteer drivers (a team of 15 volunteers) and the Transport Manager will help match drivers to the operating schedule. Drivers complete a daily check list detailing vehicle condition, passengers, destination, mileage etc. The Transport Manager will review and collate information from these check lists for the purposes of reporting.
The position will be that of a Trustee of the Charity and part of the management team.
