We’re looking for passionate, creative, and motivated young people to help guide and shape the future of Scotland's rural environment.

We are excited to announce that on receipt of funding from the Young Start National Lottery Community Fund, we are developing a Youth Advisory Group. This project will focus on establishing a strong youth voice within what is, and has been, a traditionally older, male-dominated space – bringing contemporary ideas and cultural change to the heart of what we do.

The Youth Advisory Group will inspire and inform the future direction that we take as a charity. They will co-design methods to expand and improve our outreach, engaging with more young people across Scotland.

As a member of the Countryside Learning Scotland Youth Advisory Group, you’ll have the chance to share your ideas, give feedback, co-design and deliver exciting new projects, and work with other young leaders to make a real difference in rural education, training and career pathways across Scotland.

We welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives — no special skills or experience needed, just an interest in making positive change.

To get involved, please complete the application form below and our Youth Advisory Group Coordinator will be in touch via your preferred method of communication to advise you of next steps.

We can't wait to get started!
