Learn more about the current legal changes to disclosure and PVG's directly from Volunteer Scotland Disclosure Services.
This online webinar, held via Teams, will take a look at the new Disclosure Act. Topics include what a regulated role is, what does 'incidental' work mean, under 16's, roles that include power and influence etc. It will be a chance for anyone who has staff or volunteers who may be in regulated roles to find out their responsibilities around the new legal changes. There will be time for a Q and A at the end. This is essential learning because if you get it wrong, there can be legal ramifications. It is aimed at organisations and their staff/core volunteers including trustees and board members.
