We provide a friendly, supportive, FUN environment to people who have disabilities in the Crieff area. Our volunteers help to deliver group activities.

Strathearn Building Bridges is a well established registered charity based in Crieff that completely rely on its amazing volunteers to keep providing vital safe spaces for our members. It was set up to promote the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of people with learning disabilities. We aim to enhance integration, reduce social isolation, develop life skills and self-confidence for our members. We have several clubs that run in the week, mainly evenings, and once a month a Saturday lunch club where the members cook and bake different things.

There are many different roles to get involved with to suit you.

We need help with club nights (with activities such as crafts, dancing, cooking, outings into the community), fundraising and spaces on our committee.

We value all of our volunteer’s contributions and appreciate the time and effort each and every volunteer puts in with us. You will be fully supported and trained as necessary for the role. You will be required to hold a PVG which we can arrange at no expense.
